of course by signing up here on the board I read through the "Rules and Regulations" and agreed to them; now, re-reading them, I found a paragraph that seems somewhat strange to me:

"Quinlan Road is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in Your Content for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, posting, publishing or using Your Content on the Quinlan Road Community and the Quinlan Road/Loreena McKennitt official website. "

Does that mean that, e.g., if I posted a poem that I wrote and by chance Loreena read it and liked it she would be allowed to use it as lyrics to a song without actually mentioning me as the author? Not that this would ever happen, of course, I'm just wondering. What exactly is the idea behind this paragraph?

Anxious, the poems were *just* an example, I honestly don't believe that Loreena would steal from anyone.

Maybe it was also set up to prevent people from saying "They just performed at this and that place because I suggested it" when the band is on tour. *shrug*
