Originally posted by Cocoa: I wanted to order the new album from QR shop this time, but when I was placing the order I found there was no "China" in the country list when I had to fill out the address form.
I then sent an email to "MapleMusic" asking if it's possible to deliver to China, but I got NO reply. It is a pity but it seems I have to order it from other online stores.
But I really appreciate QR for the convenience they bring to the customers, such as offering full-album preview downloads. So keep up the good work!
Please note that I am trying to word this question carefully so that I won't offend anyone - and it's very difficult! - but would an album featuring traditional songs about a Christian festival be allowed in China? I thought the Chinese government was a bit anti-religious, and very strict about it. I'm not bagging out the Chinese government or anything like that - I mean, everyone has good reasons for why they do what they do - I'm just a little confused.
Luv Jesse

LIFE IS NOT FAIR, SO TRUE, BECAUSE IF IT WAS WE'D ALL BE SINGING LIKE LOREENA!!! I'D HOPE ANYWAYS. I BURNT 3 FINGERS ON MY RIGHT HAND AND SO IT'S EASIER TO TYPE IN ALL CAPS. USING THE MOUSE IS NOT EASY LEFT HANDED. OH WELL...
BLESSED BE, GINA

Hi Stacey! Thanks for responding so quickly and tempering my patience. I will keep checking and if it's not in by next Monday I will order it, the strike should be over by Saturday, hopefully. What can I say? I love listening to Loreena! Thanks again, Gina

Then I guess it must be teasingly when I tell you I got the CD the day it came out in DK. And even more annoying that I've desided not to listen to it, yet! Life's unfair :P (hahah)

Hello Gina, "A Midwinter Night's Dream" is being distributed by Verve in the United States, and should be widely available as of this week. Sometimes it does take a few days to hit the stands - some companies only ship inventory one day per week. If it's still not on the shelves at your local shop by the weekend, then you can ask them to order it for you through Verve. Do let me know how you make out (postmaster@quinlanroad.com). Thanks for your patience and perseverance! Best, Stacey

Greetings, I was wondering where the cd is being sold. I can't order it while on strike and I saved my birthday money to buy it from the store. QR said it'd be out on October 28th and I scoured several cities looking for it and found nothing and no one had a clue about the cd or who Loreena was... So I looked today and still nothing...has the date changed? Are the stores holding it for some reason? I was wondering what is going on?
Thanks, Gina

Hi Cocoa, I just saw your note regarding not being able to order "A Midwinter Night's Dream" from China. China's absence from the list of countries was an oversight - we apologize! We have since added it to the list. Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Best regards, Stacey

Stopped by the post office today to pick up my mail and couldn't believe it, my copy of AMWND had already arrived from Maple Music. So far I have only had time to listen to the first three tracks. The Holly And The Ivy is amazing.

Today afternoon I went to the store to buy the new album. At the beginning, three seconds of panic : the Loreena rack was still empty. I couldn't believe it; I just wanted to go away, sad and disappointed, but then I told myself I had to look for it more carefully...I took a glance at the 'new album area' and AMND was there. Good choice to follow my instinct! I am so happy, I'm listening to it right now and I enjoy indeed. Thanks Loreena. A warm peck to thank you so much.
