I suppose it does give Loreena a chance to exibit her talents as a musican, as opposed to a singer. Although, to be perfectly honest I find that the instrumental Sacred Shabbat is not effective either way, as Loreena is only playing a keyboard which you can hardly hear. I suppose that piece is almost entirely to showcase her talent as a composer(?).
