Hello everyone! Trust this finds all well on this December day.

It is wonderful to be among fans of Loreena, thus being in fine company, indeed!

Does anyone else do original music? For some time, I have written and performed original music, and wondered how many fellow musicians frequent the QR community.

PEACE, LOVE + UNDERSTANDING!

Good day.... I did look into your site, and more so your craft. Had an enjoyable time there...I find your music very interesting, the musicianship very good, and your voice hauntingly cool. I am no critic for sure, but the three pieces I listened to are very good. I am thinking it more Goth or a darker side of music...and I as a person enjoy this....

Have you thought though to possibly adding some electric Violin at times, it might add a neat spark.......just a thought....but at times I think in this style music, a little fire will enhance it....I think said Violin would bring this fire....Yet thats just me thinking...I love this stuff, this music stuff.... ;-)

As a musician in the day, I myself have long enjoyed the Goth music scene. I enjoy the craft of many Goth groups such as KMFDM, The Cure...but even beyond...groups such as Das Icht, Untoten, Christian Death, Sariola, Virgin Black...and so many more......I do keep in touch with an acquaintence from the group KMFDM and I will send a link to your site to them....You never know....if they contact you. Well let me know....

Your site is very nice...I will be keeping an eye on you...if ever your craft brings you to the Cincinnati or surrounding area...LMK. Be well...and keep your focus!

XYRA,

Good day to you! Always nice to see a new face (so to say) on the QR boards....I was an accomplished musician in my day and did very well with it. Stay in touch, I will check out your link...Be well....Happy Holidays!!

After silence, that which comes nearest to expressing the inexpressible is music.

Hi Xyra

I overlooked you too! (just wrote to Clay)
Welcome on board. Smiler

I want to ask you what your definition of 'original misic' means?
Is it 'original' as, you're the only who makes your music?
Or is a mucical genre?

And now my "mandatory" question:
How did you come across Loreena McKennitt's music?

Anxiously waiting your reply
