My name is Dan and I've been a big fan of Loreena since the mid-90s. I wasn't able to go to her concert tour back then (she made a stop in Chicago) and I've been kicking myself ever since, because it'd looked for awhile I'd missed my only opportunity. I am glad she is back touring and will attend both the Ann Arbor and Kalamazoo concerts. I got lucky and got 2nd row tickets for Kalamazoo. I hope I get the chance to meet her after the shows.

Yeah, that was a Starbucks, alright. Glad you had a good time. Next time Loreena comes through, I'm dragging everyone I know in. I had row X tickets for Ann Arbor. Funny thing is, I probably almost could've had front row tickets. You see, the e-mail with the pre-sale password didn't arrive until well after the pre-sale had started. But I had taken an educated guess and figured it would be "caravanserai". I was right, for most every other venue. Turns out AA was the only one where the password was misspelled as "carvanserai"! By the time the e-mail arrived, I was already at work. Oh well, at least Kalamazoo made up for it.

I was at the Ann Arbor concert, Loreena and the Band were just great. One of the most relaxing and inspiring times I've ever had. I saw one of the Band members walking down the street to get coffee, (he went to Starbucks (I think)... he was walking sooo fast I could not get a hello in... Just had a really great time and now enjoying the Alhanbra DVD. Loreena is a true inspiration.

By the time you have a chance to read this, the Kalamazoo and Ann Arbor concerts may be in the history books...in which case I hope you had a blast! Sorry for the "lateness" in welcoming you, but I don't get on the 'net nearly as often as I wish to all the time -- Summer is here and on top of my regular employment, there is all the yard-work to do...(that's a general apology to all others as well, who may feel a bit "slighted" by a lack of "welcome" from me...)
Slán go fóill, A Dan!
