It was back in 1993 that I first heard/saw LM. I was attending a Mike Oldfield concert at the Royal Albert Hall in London and the supporting act was LM. At the time I thought what a wonderfull voice she had although I was not "into" her style of music
It was some 8 years later after I had become interested folk/celtic music that I came across an album by an artist called LM and as it stirred some distant memories I bought it.
I was immediatley swept away by the beatifull melodies and I realised that this was the singer I had seen all those years before.
I have now purchased all of her CD's and the latest "An Ancient Muse" arrived via Santa today and is playing as a type.
The style of this CD reminds me very much of Parallel Dreams particularly my favourite track Dickens Dublin which I brings a tear to my eyes whenever I hear it.
I have now discovered that LM will be appearing in London in April and am arranging to get a ticket to see her in her own concert and not as a supporting act.
I wish LM every success on her European Tour and hope that she gains many more fans.
Happy New Year to all who read this posting
