My name is Bill Jordan and I live in the town of Hot Springs Ar in the United States. Many years ago while walking my path of natural healing and expanding my spirituality. I developed a communication link with nature that has grown larger and even turned into a business.

The bards of old are people I have always had an admiration for. They carried a divine energy that was manifested through their voices. They used that divine energy to create images in our imaginations which is our portal into the spirit world. When I first listened to Loreena's music a short while ago I realized that her music was a portal into that realm of our imaginations where we can sense that god and goddess energy in their finest forms.

I'm not one to join any groups but I made an exception with this one. The fans of her music are obviously expanded human spirits and I am honored to be counted as one among them.

One day a while back I was standing in the middle of a group of trees meditating when I heard this sound. It was like all the little bugs were singing and I sensed that all of nature was listening. A knowing came upon me and I knew that I had just heard the sound of spring. As time went on I learned more and more of the language of nature.

From that point on I opened myself up to hearing the sounds of the divine spoken through other sources.

One day I was listening to an internet radio station (Jango) while writing some articles and I heard Loreena for the first time. As I was listening I could feel her music and those feelings were of a very high frequency.

Her music for me is a bridge back to a timeless knowing we all have but forget as we get hypnotised with the illusion of materialism in this reality. I'm sure everyone has their own experience.

I love listening to Nature, when I get a quiet moment. Which isn't that often living in a big city.
Waves rolling across the shore.
Wind blowing through in the trees.

I'd also like to know what the poll is?
Didn't vote yet. Thought I should know what I vote for... Smiler

Hi Bill

Glad you could join us.

Sorry for the previous expression.
It's only because I know Jesse can take it. Big Grin

Sounds so interesting about spirituality and Nature.
I like both, but never really dived deep into it.

I always ask noobs this question:
How did you find or come across the music of ms McKennitt?

Anyway. A warm welcome on board.

Greetings

Anxious 2

Hello Bill!
Welcome to the MB! I'm glad you joined...this is, dare I say, very different to fan sites of other artists...all that "lol" and "rofl" and coarse language etc. Actually, there are a few "lol-ers" on this MB, but not as much as you get elswhere. The smileys on here are great though!
