A warm hello from Thessaloniki to all the people who share the same feeling and thoughts about Loreena's music. I listen to her music since the 2nd album but i never was a part of this community. So i hope to find here a harbor for the restless feelings that Loreena's music soothes and abolish

I'll be there in Thessaloniki to listen to Loreena too! I've never been to any other concert of hers and I'm anxiously looking forward to it!

And here I thought I'd be alone... oh no!

I have not been a member but only a short time myself, but I find QR an interesting place to visit.

I cant say I am very versed on Greece, your homeland, but I do know they have their share of beautiful music also! One of my favorites is Mario Frangoulis....Are you a fan....I would love to see him state side one day.

At first thank you all for the welcome to the Board.
And yes now that Loreena's mom is better she is rescheduling her concerts in Greece in the end of the month, and i will be attending definetely her concert in Thessaloniki( my home city).
We are deeply honored that ms McKennitt our city as part of her tour. I was able to watch her concert in Athens a few years back and i hope that the concert will be as mystifying and regenerating as the one in Athens.
As for the the introduction to Loreena's music i have to admit that it was by accident,a fortunate one as it proved out to be.
The first song that i heard was "Huron Beltane Fire Dance" which captured my senses completely.Since then i follow the music all the time.
So im very pleased to find here more people that enjoy the music as much as i do.
