After the 10th referral, I lost count as well. The last I can remember was that I gave a LM CD as a gift to my brother,(even though he was not familiar with her music-only that I kept mentioning her name so many times, when it came to World music) I gave an LM CD as a gift to a good friend of mine, and I think I gave one to my Dad. I have to get him one other one. And I must have mentioned Loreena to my co-workers several times. "You know Loreena McKennitt?" "You know just the other day I was listening to Loreena McKennitt" "Celtic music? yes, if it was a fundraiser with Loreena McKenitt, I would go".

My goodness, I can't keep count of how many! I can think of at least 8...and there are probably more, I voted for the 11+ option, because by the time I'm finished with all the potential Loreenakateers that I know, there will be a LOT more than 11!

Yes, but on the other hand I've had the pleasure of opportunity and introduced Loreena Mckennitt's fantastical music to a few close friends, although some of them already enjoy and appreciate it since quite a longer time. That was a big surprise for me.

If I've got the slightest opportunity to introduce LM's music to people, I sure don't hesitate. It doensn't matter where I am (at work, on the internet or even at home) and I will keep on doing so. Some of them love her music, and others not as much as we do. I must say that in the weeks after AAM was released, I immediate introduced it to some very close friends and they really loved it. I even bought a friend a CD as a christmas gift. By the way, I even have invited close friends to join me to see the concert in Roubaix on 5th april. Has anyone else on this messageboard invited friends, kindreds or any other acquaintance to see a concert? Perhaps we can add a poll to the original post? What do you think about it Jill?
Yours respectfully Joris (France)

I have definitly introduced her music and inspiration to other people in my surroundings, 15 that I know of. My best friend is a poet only 1 of her works is published but she is currently working on a book, Well i have turned her onto Loreena's music and she considers it inspiring and listens to it while writing. I am glad to have brought Loreena's music to anyones ears it is the frosting on my cake.
Cheers, Dan

That's good. I'm glad people are working to share Loreena's music with other people. It's been a light in my life, and it always fills me with such pleasure when someone hears it and loves it.

I haven't actually voted because the people I have introduced to Loreena's music are not friends. But please believe me I do it for the love of sharing the music. But I have sold more LM cd's than anyone else in the large record chain that I work for. Not sure if I can mention the company. so if I could vote it's over a hundred
