Personally I prefer listening to Loreena's slow pieces late at night before I sleep to ensure that I will have sweet dreams, and early in the morning on my way to work ... Smiler

Oh, I'm sorry Gina, I hope all is well and you are able to listen to Loreena for hours upon end to make up for lost time = ). It's nice to visit and travel, but for me, there is just no place like home.

There usually isn't a day that goes by that I don't listen to at least 1 song by Loreena.

I especially love to listen to her music when I get up super early to leave for the day: when the sun hasn't fully risen and it's cold and dark outside, only a few cars on the road. Listening to Loreena early seems to help my day be nicer.

<3, Jenn

I have been away from my home and Loreena's music and I am very depressed. I am home for the weekend, alas, her cds are not with me. (Excuse me, I need to wipe a tear from my eye.)
Her music is very important to me, and I have her in my thoughts constantly, yet I have a hard time playing her songs in my head.
At work I am forced to listen to music that is not pleasing to me and hence, it saddens my heart making me long for Loreena's sweet voice even greater.
I'd listen to her 24/7 if possible, only stopping when I have a "Heart" attack.
Love,
Gina

i agree with you Mihalis! some songs I listening to when the sun sets down with a glow shining through my windows that accompanyies some songs perfectly. Others i love listening to pitch black night with the moon above and candle light. Others at dawn and some where there is fog. But it doesn't matter because when I listen to her music I'm on a journey away from reality..

I listen to Loreena's music when I am wanting calmness in my home. I also enjoy it in the car on long trips and while I paint on silk.

For the past three months or so there isn't much time when I recall not listening to Loreena McKennitt. Her music is so varied and it's an adventure with every listen. There are some days where I'll hole myself in my room with homework, turn on LM and play the 74 songs I have of hers. I am not a big fan of the school I attend or the town in which I currently reside and Loreena McKennitt is the perfect escape that I seem to need every day.

I am like Mystic Dreamer. I am an artist as well, and listen to her while I am working. It's inspiration and meditative at the same time. I love her music!

Where ever, and when ever I feel like it.
Mostly in my car, and/or at work, and at home.
I think that's pretty much everywhere. When it
comes to me and my music, rule # 1 is "there are no rules".
