As folks have had a few questions, I’d like to clarify the times of the upcoming web chats with Loreena. There will actually be two chat sessions taking place on February 3rd, and different announcements were sent to people according to the region in which they live.
The first chat will be at 16:00 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time), for participants in Europe and other countries outside of North America.
The second chat will be at 13:00 EST (Eastern Standard Time), for participants in North America.
I believe I mentioned the other day, that we can't yet confirm whether the chats will be available later, but it is our hope and understanding we will be able to offer them in "View Again" format. We will find the answers to many of these questions once we take our maiden voyage.
We’ve received a number of questions via email already – thank you for your enthusiasm! Just a reminder that the chat will be conducted in English only. If you sent a question in another language we will be unable to include it during the chat session.
For those of you wondering how this will be experienced, the address sent to you in the email last week, will be the vestibule or entry point for the chats. You will be asked to enter a name or handle for the session. You will then be taken to that chat room where you will see the streaming video image of Loreena. Your questions will be entered into a field and submitted to a moderator. We will post the questions for Loreena to read directly from her computer screen or we will have the posted questions conveyed verbally from the moderator. We hope to answer about forty questions in the hour. Guests to the chat room do not require a microphone but do require speakers or a headset, a fairly fast internet connection and you will need to have a browser that has Flash installed.
I just wondered, will there be a Chat again in the future or was it a "once and neever again" experience for you?

I was wondering about the same thing! I know there was one last March, but I sadly couldn't participate, as I hadn't joined the message board yet! I hope there will be more in the future!
