BBC arts journalist Mandy Morton will feature a two-part radio documentary on Loreena McKennitt on her programme The Eclectic LightShow on August 15 and 22.

The material for the two specials was produced from an exclusiveinterview with Loreena recorded in London in April.

Loreena McKennitt – A Musical Journey includes Loreena’s comments onher family roots and early inspirations; her travels to track down Celtic connections; balancing her careers as writer, musician and astute businesswoman; the creative process from journey to album; her interpretation of home and what she loves most in this world; her feelings on fame and the way the music industry treats the public

Broadcast to coincide with the release of the Nights from the AlhambraDVD/CD set, the programmes will feature many of Loreena's best-lovedcompositions, including music from An Ancient Muse.

Loreena McKennitt - A Musical Journey will be broadcast August 15 and 22 at 7 pm (British Summer Time). Listen live by logging on to www.bbc.co.uk/cambridgeshire and clicking onto “Listen Live”.

Each programme will be available online as a “Listen Again” featurefor a week after its live broadcast. Go to www.bbc.co.uk/cambridgeshire, select “Listen Again” and scroll down to Eclectic Light Show.

Sorry but I don't find "News and Views"...
Is it on the page of the link of the post just before yours? on the bbc home page or on the bbc Cambridgeshire home page?

Thank you to help veeery old (and lost) elfs Big Grin

Was confused about that too. It is on this quinlanroad page.

Top of this page "News & views". For some reason I don't get the submenu's here. So just click it. Then when you are there go to the same place on the page. You get a menu: select Interview corner".

Have fun.

Of course if you do get the menu on this page the route by the extra page (to the main part of the quinlanroad webpage) is not necessary.

Saw that there is a link at the "News & views"-section and even a mentioning on the page. So you don't need need the submenu at all.

Thank you Ritsjoena Smiler .
I found it now.

Thanks to QR to have done this. I thought to ask it -put the interviews on QRwebsite- when we were talking about how to record the BBC in another topic and, as I was waiting for the answer of some people, I didn't do it. And after... I forgot it ... Frowner . But now it's done Smiler Wink
Thank you.
