Did any catch LM's "The Old Ways" in the Olymics opening ceremony? It's right at the beginning of the fiddling section. Pretty cool. Also, Joni Mitchell's "Both Sides Now" was a highlight.

Glad she was included. It wouldn't have been right not to have her there. Wish she had more of a starring role, though. I was also pleased to see Sarah McLaclan there, too.

I was hoping Loreena would be the opening for the Olympics (dreaming was more like it ) did she sing the whole song or just a bit of it?
I was busy and missed the opening completely. Oh well...

I did not get the wonderful chance to watch her performance of The Old Ways within the Olympic Ceremony, but I managed to watch a little part of it on YouTube. It was beautiful !
