Lisette, the doll is such a great piece of art work. Very sweet. If you make another, can you give her a harp or something that signifies travel like a journal? Smiler

That's a good idea, but it would be nicer if you tried to give an expression to her face, i.e. a beautiful smile. The face is so important, she seems a bit impersonal like this.
However her hair is unmistakeable Smiler
Cheers

those dolls come from the anthroposophy (the founder is Rudolf Steiner), some of you may have heard of it. Steiner created the dolls for pedagogical purposes (they're child-friendly, there're not made of plastic but they're made of natural materials and therefore, nice and soft). Anyhow, I'm making them myself but a friend of mine is making them too. She's been doing this for quite a few years now. She and I came up with a nice idea, and that was, to design a doll that looks a bit like Loreena. So, I designed it, and she made it. This is the result:

I think I will make her a black coat and maybe a harp too to make her complete.

What do you think???

Warm wishes to you all,
Lisette

Lisette,

For a moment I was wondering about the title...heh.

But upon looking, what a cute little doll!
Just don't stick any pins in her. Wink

Kind regards,
Shan
