I think that the song is a scottish fairy-tale, where can i found the original trascription?

Although this is not an answer to your question, do you have Loreena's The Book of Secrets (words and music). It's where she shares her insight on her travels and inspiration for her music. And in the second segment, Loreena is interviewed by Tim Wilson.

It may or may not offer an alternative, if you are not able to find the original transcription of the two songs you mentioned. But it's a really wonderful cd, if you don't have it already.
