Hello Ramona I did it! (Or at least I think I did ) Buais 'n barod am 'ch balf= I have been ready at your handAnd now some one who hasn't got welsh as mothertongue can guess it as well I think... (I have but can you?) quote: Originally posted by Ramona: I believe I posted that line, Anxiuos 2 almost had it, the words "ready" and "hand" are in the line, maybe that helps. I tried the same translater I used before but this time went from Welsh to English and got the same thing you did Jesse.

quote: there was also a line that had been translated into welsh which I'm trying to track down. the translation I've got so far is: "I was 'heartburn ready about' dogs palm" which is extremely weird and obviously not from any Loreena McKennitt song I've heard...hmmm

Oh, and by the way, Anxious 2, a while ago you posted a line from Loreena's Liner Notes and we had to guess what song she was referring to quote: Originally posted by Anxious 2: Travelling alone, it is strange not to be able to have a conversation with anyone, but one learns how much can be conveyed through actions, body language, a look in the eye...
that song was Dante's Prayerthere was also a line that had been translated into welsh which I'm trying to track down. the translation I've got so far is: "I was 'heartburn ready about' dogs palm" which is extremely weird and obviously not from any Loreena McKennitt song I've heard...hmmm now, was I right about Annachie Gordon? (see previous post)...

Dear Gina The mice from Stolen Child go around the oatmeal chest! Unfortunetly, your last guess was wrong! the line you were thinking of from All Souls Night goes like this: "... the river that goes out to the sea..." so I'm going to post the same line again: "... Gazing out to sea..."
