This is a simple pencil drawing of loreena. I really like it because I rarely do portraits and I think it turned out well with a few problems. I hope you enjoy it as well.

LoreenaMckennittfan, I like your picture. But Loreena in the drawing seems to resemble Ariel from Disney's "The Little Mermaid". Maybe you can be one of the main animators for a cartoon series or a comic book series about Loreena.

Hahaha please don't expect me to do it better! I just have to gather some courage (please forgive me my english)...

I did as you, put NftA in my dvd-player and paused somewhere in the middle of The bonny Swans (it hurts to interupt like that, doesn't it? Haha). I will put up the picture tomorrow for you (according to the time zone in Sweden, its now 22:27 em) maybe along with a few others.

Hi, mckennittfan I asked you on youtube if you had tried to draw Loreena, and you have done it I think, as many, that this pic really breathe the kindness and lovely person of hers, yet on you drawing there is something about her eyes, it is not really Loreena's.

I know it is hard, I have tried many times since I first saw a picture of Loreena. I actually draw a picture in charcoal and gave it to her when I saw her in London. The picture was far from perfect, but sometimes the real matter is that one draw with joy and happiness. I draw the charcoal picture on the same day that I have ordered the tickets for the concert, and I was high up among the clouds

I would love to show you some of my work some day

Thanks so much. I used a still from her singing a "Mystics Dream" on "Nights from the Alhambra" I hope to do some more in the future.

I think you are quite talented, you captured the joy and kindness, that always seems to surround Loreena's person, very nicely. I think you chose a good use of shading and I especially like the way you did her hair, soft pencil strokes, but very detailed.

This portrait is very lovely! Keep up the great work!
