It's sunday morning here in Italy, and guess what am I listening to? To Huron Beltane... A great way to start a new day...

Yesterday night Loreena performed in Udine, infront of an ancient castle, in the land where as she reminded, Celts lived. We prayed all day long not to rain, and finally clouds disappeared once the concert started, just like if sky wanted to listen to the music...

The crowd clapped when she went off reaching the harp. Loreena was dressed in black, and looked really happy during all the performance. She started singing, while the sun was setting down...
Here's the setlist:

Stolen Child
The Gates of Istanbul
The Mummer's Dance
Bonny Portmore
Marco Polo
The Highwayman
Dante’s Prayer
The Bonny Swans
Caravanserai
Raglan Road
The Mystic's Dream
Santiago
The Lady of Shalott
The Old Ways
Never Ending Road

ENCORE
Huron Beltane Firedance
Penelope's song

People where overexcited by this great performance, in my opinion even greater than the ones I saw in Bologna and Firenze last year... Then, at the end of the show, Loreena met up with all of us signing autographs and taking pictures, despite the 2 non-stop hours of concert. I have to apologize because there were so many people there that I couldn't say hello in an emotional way to her, but you should have been there!
And, by the way, you can't imagine how funny it was to see Mark fighiting his valorous battle against mosquitos that were biting him! :-)

Pity that I cannot be in Brescia tonight... But Loreena, thanks again, thanks again, thanks again!

Hi Fabio

What a happy day it must have been.

I like your end-comment.
