As far as I know, if you have bought your tickets for the concert in Barcelona in Telentrada, you can get them from the moment you buy them until the day before the concert in the Tourism Office of Plaça Catalunya. This is the way I'll do it. Address: Pl. de Catalunya,17-S (in front of Farggi ice-cream shop, near the center of the square, you'll have to walk down some stairs) Open: daily: 9am. to 9pm. Also you can get them in any cash dispenser / ATM machine of Caixa Catalunya bank with the credit card you used to pay the tickets until the day before the concert, there are many. Hi Betty. The Madrid tickets are on sale Monday, May 19th. Did you receive our first email about the tour? There was a link in that email so you could see pre-sale dates. If you still have that, refer to that page since Madrid is in pre-sale right now. Because you do not live in Spain, you would not have received an update specifically regarding Spanish dates.
