Wow!

Loreena does not disappoint. After waiting for 10 years to see her live, the show entirely met my expectations. Of course, like all good things...it had to come to an end.

The only thing I didn't have with me is a box of tissues. Which was bad because I was crying tears of joy for a few of those songs.

Awesome show at the Merrill. Met Donald, Tim, Rick and Ben before the show sitting on the wall and hung out getting autographs and just general chatter. All very nice people.
Loreena was in top form as I had row two seats, at times no more than 10' away. Superb sound, and as always Brian and those spooky sounds I love. New guy on the Lyra sounded great. Also
a mandolin extra on the "Huron 'Beltane' Fire Dance".
Like everyone else I will need to be patient and see if there is a tour next year. Crossing fingers already. A new album would be great also, although a research trip would probably have to happen again for more inspiration. I just hope it won't be another ten years to wait!!!!

Malin, I completely understand how you feel about being surprised that life would go on. I got a sense of this both times I saw LM, though the first was much worse. I'm glad it was a good show!

LOL, I understand you perfectly. I remember myself sitting whiping tears from my faces many times during the show in London... and afterwards, when I came out of the concert hall out in the London night I was almost surprised to realize that life would go on Big Grin
Since I am a relatively "new" fan, my waiting was not as long as many others', but still Smiler
