Hi, I was just wondering if any Canadian fans received the presale notification? The email notification arrived at my email box yesterday...I've missed the presale opportunity!

Hi Michelle.

We sent presale information for the Canadian dates on July 5th. Our records indicate that you received this message. As Karen notes, filtering can often prevent individuals from successfully receiving mail messages and if this was the case, I apologize. I took a quick look and there are still very good seats available for Vancouver. Hopefully you were able to grab those. See you there.

Regards,
Mark

The presale message that I received applies to US tours only. As to the concerts in Canada, the presale started in early July, and it went on sale to general public on July 16 (the one in Vancouver, BC).

I don't mind driving down to the US (that's what I did last time), but I'd appreciate receiving notifications for events happening in Canada as well.

Oh, btw, I have been receiving messages from QR without any problem. I love the email alert!

Many thanks!

Hi Michelle

Everyone around the world who is a member of the QR Community received the email newsletter about the US tour, the release of NFTA etc. The only members who would not have received it are people whose spam filters, service providers or home computer setup somehow conspired to make the email bounce. We try very hard to make the email as "non-bounceable" as possible but unfortunately we are not responsible for what happens at the recipient's end.

Please take a moment to read the newsletter closely, especially details about the presales, since that is what you are particularly interested in.

The presale period lasts for ONE WEEK. Therefore you have *not* missed the presale opportunity.

Best
Karen
