TICKET SALE FOR SPANISH SHOWS: LACK OF COORDINATION

Hello Mark

there seems to be a lack of coordination between Quinlan Road site and the ticket sellers for the concerts in Spain.

Tickets for Madrid, Málaga and Barcelona are being sold now (in fact I have just been told that the best tickets for Málaga are almost sold out!) but there is no information about that on the tour schedule here.

Eeker

What is happening?

Are you aware of this?

Please, could you give us more information?

Thank you very much for your patience.

Yours

Martín

Hello, again:

The intention from my message is not to reproach anything, just wanted to inform the "problem" I've had. I apologize if I expressed wrong.

The truly important is that Loreena comes to Spain!! So thank you!!

No need to apologize. I wish we had all the information at once and could have given everyone advance notice and a presale, but unfortunately, that is not the way it worked this time.

Hello Mark, hello friends !

I must apologize for my message about "lack of coordination".

Mark and all the staff are doing a great job regarding the Spanish tour.

It must be really difficult to plan ten concerts all over Spain for the summer time.

Mark, thank you for your work, for your patience... and sorry for our impatience...

Smiler

Greetings from the Mediterranean.

Martín

Hello, Mark

My name is Salvador and I´m from Málaga, Spain.

I´m new in the QR MessageBoard but I´m member of the QR Community from some time ago, and I haven't received the mail for pre-sale.

I knew the date of the concert the last saturday, and the tickets are for pre-sale from the wednesday 14th

My ticket is not bad, but I've lost the best... Frowner

Thank you for your atention.

Good evening MARTÍN.

The Malaga date was only to be available as a presale item until this point. A presale opportunity, in some cases, can mean we can give out the link to our QR Community members and that the promoter (s) is holding off on their media announcement, posters and other marketing efforts to present a show until we have made an announcment to our QR Community. In the case of Malaga, it has been on our pre-sale page since last Monday. Are you a member of our QR Community? Do you live in Spain? If so, you should have received an email from us with these instructions. This is one of the benefits of being part of The QR Community, which I should remind folks, is different from being a member of the QR MessageBoard and if you are not already a member, I would encourage everyone to signup at the following address:

http://www.quinlanroad.com/signup/index.asp

As a service to our constituents and the Quinlan Road Community, it is our wish and intention to provide presale and on sale information as quickly and as accurately as possible and make every effort to do so. Due to the fact that there are a number of participants such as agents, promoters and ticket outlets in the construction and delivery of such information we cannot always promise that this information will be correct. You have our commitment that we will make every effort to ensure that it is and we apologize in advance if there is any inconsistency.
