I can honestly say that this concert was one of the best I've ever been to. The music was so much better live and the musicians with all of the wonderful array of instruments was awesome. More than anything though was Loreena. She was brilliant in her performance. I loved hearing her stories about her travels and found her "history lesson" to be very interesting and informative. I hope she adds this to her book that she's working on. I want to thank her personally for meeting the fans at the stage door after the show. I had more than a "modest" amount of things I liked to be autographed and she was patient and gracious. I appreciate being given the opportunity to meet her. She has inspired me, now more than ever. I had one of the best experiences ever and I'm hoping that it won't be so long until her next visit.
You know, I had to get up real early on Monday, so I didn't hang around after the show. And I thought, "Gee, Loreena was in Columbus last night. Surely she'll be too tired to do a meet and greet with fans." Boy, that was really nice of her. I'll know for next time ... sleep deprivation is worth it!
