Following the quick sell out of tickets for two concerts on July 23 and 24 in her hometown of Stratford, Loreena has added a third concert at Knox Church at 142 Ontario Street.

It is a perfect opportunity for those who wish to see Loreena’s performance, in an intimate setting.
Stratford fiddle player and step dancer Dan Stacey will make a guest appearance, and Persian Kemenche player Kousha Nakhaei, joins the band for the three concerts.
"Although the church sanctuary is not a concert hall, it is a very beautiful space and one I have been very fond since I first came to Stratford in 1981," said Ms. McKennitt. "The acoustics are wonderful, and it's a perfect space for intimate concerts."
McKennitt's group includes Brian Hughes (guitar, bouzouki), Jon Pilatzke (violin), Caroline Lavelle (cello), Donald Quan (keyboards), Ben Grossman (hurdy gurdy), Clive Deamer (drums), Simon Edwards (bass) and Rick Lazar (percussion).
The third Stratford performance will be at Knox Church (142 Ontario Street, Stratford, ON). Doors will open at 7:00 PM and the concert begins at 8:00 PM. General admission.
The three Stratford shows are part of a summer tour that has already seen highly successful shows in Québec City (with more than 25,000 people in attendance), at the Cisco Ottawa Bluesfest, and at the Winnipeg Folk Festival, where she closed the five-day event with a performance for a crowd of more than 11,000.
The Stratford concerts will be followed by appearances at the Hillside Festival in Guelph this Friday (completely sold out) and the Calgary Folk Festival on Sunday.
