So I joined this message board because I am very frustrated and I wanted to vent to people who would understand!

The Philly Pre-sale did not start until some time yesterday afternoon. I say some time because I am not sure when. It may have been up for a few hours because the only seats left were either limited view or the back few rows of the orchestra. And limited view seats still cost $81 each.

So I think it is very unfair for a pre-sale to start at a random time. I am going to try again at the public onsale tomorrow and hope some better seats come up. I have been a fan and received the newletter for years. I was so excited about the pre-sale because I thought I might be able to get good seats before the ticket brokers got them, but no such luck.

A friend of mine had good seats go up for only $4! each. Nothing near that good came up for the right price so she bought them but we are almost positive they will retract the order. Maybe they will let her keep the seats if she agrees to pay the right price though. I was so excited about finally getting to see Loreena after all these years but buying the tickets has been such a bad experience.

Hello,

I am sorry to hear that you had problems with the pre-sale. The pre-sale did not go on at a random time, it was held up by about 10 or so minutes because there were some problems with the ticketing system. they had a big problem with getting the tickets to go up... they were taking orders at the phone number because of the problem...
