I found some information on www.ticketone.it: the tickets for Florence and Rome are already available (a link is provided also here on quinlanroad.com), both online and directly from a retailer.
The tickets for Milan will be available tomorrow (December 14) starting from 3pm online, and starting from 4pm in every TicketOne point in the music stores.
