Is that little sound so annoying and so displeasant to the listener? In my opinion, it integrates perfectly in the melody. ŞeHZâDe - it seems you have listened very carefully this melody and you deserve all my appreciation.
Hello Elise and ŞeHZâDe, I've listened to the sound over and over again, and, though I'm not a musician myself, has come to the conclusion that the sound is produced by one of the string instruments, as Gaël stated it clearly. But you can indeed confuse the sound with the ringing of a phone. By the way, I would be very surprised that no one from the recording studio wouldn't have listened to the music and noticed it.

You have excellent hearing!!!!It's incredible and very very funny!! I don't think that is a vibration from an other instruments because the string's vinbration diminish rapidly. The Oud, Lyra, Kanoun( other lyra), Cello and Keyboard are distincts. The sound is clear like a ring of mobile phone. Nokia???? i don't know. But you're an expert!!!!!!!!
Bye & good night. élise.

Oh I just noticed this... I usually use my portable CD player to listen to music, and I always put the volume very low, that's why I have never found this before... It really sounds like a phone...
