I love each and every song on the CD, but if I have to rank them I would place Beneath A Phrygian Sky first and Penelope's Song second. Caravanserai is another favorite. Gah, they are ALL so good................

Thanks, that's very helpful! quote: Originally posted by Joris: if you search by google, you may find many links to the lyrics who has been sung by Joan Osborne, Sinead O'Conner and many others. But the writer of the poem is Patrick Kavanagh. By the way, here's one on many links : http://www.netsoc.ucd.ie/~justy/raglan.htmlGood luck in your search. Take care and read you soon. Joris

Mine too! I love them both. But if/when you get Raglan Road, you may add that one to your favourites. I think, though I've only had AAM for a few days, that my favourite song on it is Raglan Road. It's really heartaching. The lyrics are wonderful. Does anyone know where I can get the offical lyrics? The English Ladye And The Knight is oh so beautiful. I love the boys choir. It adds a great atmosphere. I have always loved boys choirs, ever since I can remember.

Hey Arend, the best man at my wedding a few months ago is from Rotterdam...and I'm in New York City. It's a small world! Be well and enjoy! Jeff quote: Originally posted by Arend: quote: Originally posted by Fedelma: Yes, I remember reading someone's comment about the similarity of AM and Loreena's previous work. While I did notice some, I can't say it was "Ah, that's so like 'Between the Shadows'..." But more of a style thing? There is definitely so much more Med./Middle-Eastern influence in AM. It's beautiful. What an incredible album.
Kecharitomene reminds me of Marco Polo, and Incantation of Prologue.
