I attended the masterful performance in York, PA with my husband over the past weekend. We traveled from Long Island to hear LM once more before she returned to Canada. Loreena's music was basically the backdrop to our wedding and last year, coincidentally on our wedding anniversary weekend, we saw her in NYC, where she opened with 'Samhain Night', the song our wedding party walked down the aisle to. As a keepsake I was hoping to purchase a tour t-shirt but stupidly didn't have cash on me. I looked for an ATM but I didn't want to miss any minute of the show so I had to return without...is there any way that the shirts are available online or some other shop perhaps? I sort of misread and thought they were via the small pamphlet I received at the performance. If not, the music is the best memory...just thought I'd put the question out there.
Autumnhollows, that is a beautiful picture. You and I do and will have memories of the Colonel McKennitt's music, particularly with me with my hearing "The Mummers' Dance" when I was between my pre-teen and adolescent years. Well, anyway, thank you for sharing.
The picture is so beautiful.
