We’ve had a few reports from customers, that have experienced issues in their media player, while listening to “The Journey So Far”. As you may be aware, a computer’s media player may automatically retrieve album art and related media information from a central, online database. Many of these databases are operated by third party, with information submitted by users and can be incorrect. We monitor the various databases, across Loreena’s full catalogue of audio and video recordings as often as possible. I wanted to apologize for any inconvenience or annoyance and assure you that we’re looking to resolve this with our digital business partners.
